Glimpse of Mauritius | From Seven-Hued Hills to Serene Coasts

Start your day by boarding the transfer for your South Day Tour of Mauritius. You'll visit the Historic Marine, the largest ship model factory in Mauritius. Next, head to Trou aux Cerfs, a dormant volcano offering panoramic views of the island. Visit Grand Basin, a sacred crater lake for Hindus, & see the 33-meter tall statue of Lord Shiva. Finally, visit Chamarel to marvel at the 7 Colored Earth, a unique natural phenomenon. Afterwards, get transferred back to the resort for an overnight stay.

In the morning, prepare for a North Island Tour of Mauritius. You will be transferred to visit the Fort Adelaide for panoramic views of Port Louis and its harbor. Explore the Central Market to experience local Mauritian life, followed by a visit to the Blue Penny Museum. Visit the Champ de Mars racecourse, the oldest horse-racing club in the Southern Hemisphere. Afterwards, you will be driven back to your hotel for a restful night.

Today, you will be transferred to Trou d’Eau Douce for a speedboat ride to Ile aux Cerfs. Enjoy various water activities such as parasailing, tube riding, and undersea walking (at an additional cost). Snorkel to see the vibrant marine life and explore the beautiful beaches. Next, visit the Grand River South East Waterfall, the largest waterfall in the region. After an adventurous day, you will be driven back to the resort for an overnight stay.

Today, you will spend the day at the Ile Aux Cerf. You will board your transfer to the Pointe Maurice jetty on the east coast, and from there, travel to the islet by speedboat. Remember to bring a swimsuit for a thrilling tube ride along the coast of Ile Aux Cerfs. After a fun day in the water, you will be transferred back to your hotel via the Pointe Maurice jetty for an overnight stay.
